Chicken Wings

    Hi all,





    Yesterday I smoked chicken wings for the first time in my WSM.





    I followed Jeff's recipe, and it worked really good. I however used "my own" rub, but it might need a bit less spice the next time, even though my son who is 18 months was crazy about them :)

    Wings after being brined and given an extra coat of rub










    Wings are ready for glazing with largest piece having IT of 165 deg. F.

    Looks great! Wow you kid isn't picky mine would run for the hills!
