I got the idea to smoke habaneros from this website but couldn't find any!

Instead, I visited a local West Indies Grocery Store and bought Scotch Bonnet Peppers.

I smoked 'em for an hour...then I added them into tomato sauce and other ingredients.

The sauce was for the wings...which I smoked at a temp of 225 for 2.5 hours.

I also threw on some ABTs with chorizo, herb & garlic cream cheese, and old cheddar.

You didn't make the ABTs out of the Scotch Bonnets?  You don't want to eat to many of them but one or two are pretty tasty.  The scotch bonnet is a good substitute for Habs, as a matter of fact until I looked it up I was going to say they are the same pepper.  Same texture of skin, similar Scoville unit ratings and very similar color

Looks good I'll bet the wings went real well with a couple bottles of beer.

I brought the food to a team barbeque...the hot wings were good...but the ABTs were a huge hit!

Great looking wings there bender............
