I got the idea to smoke habaneros from this website but couldn't find any! Instead, I visited a local West Indies Grocery Store and bought Scotch Bonnet Peppers. I smoked 'em for an hour...then I added them into tomato sauce and other ingredients. The sauce was for the wings...which I smoked at a temp of 225 for 2.5 hours. I also threw on some ABTs with chorizo, herb & garlic cream cheese, and old cheddar.
