Had the fam over for the Bears/Packers game and made smoked some wings and 2 tenderloins on the UDS.

Used Blue bag Kingsfor w/ some Apple Wood chunks. Smoked at 250

Little bit of Mad Hunky and some S&P over the wings

Here's the tenderloin before I latherd w/ mustard and my rub

Here's the finished tenderloin, sliced thin appetizer style. Foiled @ 165 w/ some cranberry juice and a little bit more rub

    Here is the terryaki

Terryaki Wings. Off the smoker, into the sauce, and thrown on the grill to crisp

    Franks Red Hot

Texas Pete's Honey Mustard (these were the best)

  2. Nice looking tenderloin and wings you had there for the game!

Let's see (trying to think of how many coldies I had)....I think the tenderloins took 2.5 hours max.  They're so easy to do, and everyone loves them. Just cutting them up and setting a plate out makes for great finger foods, and they don't last long at all
