I'm about an hour in.  She's looking right pretty.  Maybe another 30 minutes.  Just added par boiled potatoes to the drip pan.  Needed to give the rotisserie a work out.

Ha.  No, things were crazy around the house and I tented it - we didn't eat until late.  I forgot to take them.  Anyhow, it really came out nice, thanks.  One thing I've learned from competition.  Chicken needs very, very, very little (if any) smoke.  In fact I don't add any at all.  It's just to easy to over smoke it, since it picks up smoke so readily.  Thanks for looking in!
