Well the tregger jr elite should be here tomorrow. Goona get it all put together and give it a try. I'm goona try some chicken leg quarters. Any suggestions on time and temp?
No experience with Traeger's myself, but I find 300-325 works well for chicken parts and pieces. I finish to internal temperature of 160, over a specified amount of time. Generally it takes anywhere from 2-2.5 hours on my WSM. All depending on the size and weight of the chicken quarters.
