How is Jeff's rub on chicken? I love it on ribs, mixed into ABTs, etc.  Just curious if anyone has used it, it seems like it would be great, just wanted to see from people who've used it first hand.

Thanks in advance!

Yes, it works great, I've done several 'Beer Can Chickens', with and without skin, and the 'Rib Rub' adds even more flavor, (can't ever have too much flavor).

One thing that seems to work well is to get the rub UNDER the skin, and into the body cavity. On the outside of the skin it adds to the 'crustie(?) skin' flavor.

You can also add the rub into the beer can itself, with water, and as the water boils off even more of the flavor is added to the bird.

IT'S ALL GOOD!!!!!
