Saw this posted the other day and it looked awesome. So I left the wife and kids at the beach house to come back to go to work tomorrow. Football on the TV and chicken in the smoker. Left them in a brine for about 3 hours rubbed them down and wrapped them in bacon. Just out them on the smoker. Will post pics of the progress. Again thanks guys for giving me ideas and the info I how to do it. I am slowly becoming addicted.
