Just thought I’d show off a fresh batch of chicken hot off the mini WSM. Nothing special about it, just keep it simple. I don’t season anything before the cook. If I wanted a dry rub I would but for sauce I don’t. Oak for smoke. Ran it 25 minutes at 280 then sauced the legs and thighs and cooked it all for another 25 minutes. Amazing!

Thanks! It was. I love how the skin crisps up and seals the moisture in so that all the juice explodes in your mouth when you bite into it. Nothing like it!
