5 degrees .

I'm amaze how good the UDS hold the temp right were I want without having to change the

air flow. I fill my basket with charcoal yesterday did a 6 hour burn. then put it out. still have a lot of charcoal left

in the basket this morning so just added few wood chunks and 4 lit coals and started it again.

after the chicken comes off then a pork loin is going on.

will add more Q-views when the chicken is done.

Thanks,  they was good , put a pork loin on after the chicken was done. it turn out great.

been wanting to build a UDS for some time now.

I got two days of smoking out of one bag of charcoal. and it was still going strong

when I shut it down tonight . will check tomorrow and see how much charcoal is still in there.

had light blue smoke the whole time and only few chunks of wood.

gotta love a UDS !!!!!!!
