I am getting ready to smoke a couple of chickens and was reading a few articles about it. The 1st article said to rinse the brine off and the 2nd said to "not" rinse the brine off. I have smoked a lot of chicken over the years and have always rinsed it off. I don't think I have been doing it wrong but was just wondering what other opinions were
