Hi pops, just getting started with raising my own chickens for eggs and meat. I have about 35 hens now with meat birds right behind them. I will be processing them myself and will want to smoke some. I have smoked some brisket before but never chicken. sooooo any help or advice would go a long way to keep me from destroying 15 weeks of work getting them to this size. Thanks
