Chick from a couple weeks ago...

    So i made some smoked chicken spatchcock variety a couple weeks ago. Here it is....

    Seasoned up


    Used some of Butcher's Cherry seasoning


    Making my candy apple red sauce on the firebox


    Smoking it on Black Betty with some other meat


    Sauced up and finished cooking...ready to eat!


    Thanks for looking! it was some tasty bird!
