Hi, my name is Jaime and I started smoking this year.  I really don't know much but have been reading quite a bit on this site.  I have smoked ribs but that's about it.  I have a Smoke Hollow 44 inch gas smoker that my wife gave me for my birthday this past May.  Thanks to this site, I was able to get 3 rib smokes under my belt so far.  I am looking forward to smoking pork butts and briskets in the future.
