Hey everyone Matt S from the south side of Chicago here, my friends and family call me Chuey due to my years of hair down to my back side. Call me what you will just don't call me late to dinner. I am fortunate enough to have a saint of an old lady who for Christmas surprised me with my first electric smoker. It is a masterbuilt super elite, digital temp control remote and all. Being that i am an avid hunter/fisherman i have always known my way around the kitchen, but this will be my first rodeo with an electric smoker. Thoughts on electric smokers? Tips? Suggestions? I am thinking of starting out experimentation with chicken wings with a dry rub. Any great recipes? I am looking forward to being a member of this forum and can't wait to get started!
