cherry smoker from carolina

  1. Hello name is mark im from south carolina (marion County)

    im new at this just brought a 30 in smokehouse by masterbuilt.

    any tips are welcome. Im looking for a smoking chart for smoking meat, pork beef chicken etc.

    Always be sure to cook each piece of meat to its required internal temp not by time. Times are just a guideline as each piece of meat will take different times.

    [​IMG] Carolina Smoker, great choice in coming here for tips on your new hobby!  I joined SMF almost 3 years ago now and am thankful everyday that I did.  If there is ANY advice you need on smoking a certain type of meat here, everyone is more than happy to chime in and help you out.  Smoking is an art, it takes lots of patience but will reward you in the end if you hang in there.   Good luck on your future endeavors, cant wait to read some posts of yours with QVIEW!!
