to SMF!  We are so glad you joined us!

If you didn't read the "Terms of Service" notes.....please do.  There are a few things that everyone should know about those little "pesky" rules before plunging into the forums. It's just a reminder of what to do and what is sort of a no-no here.

If you need any help roaming around the forums....just holler!  Happy to help out!

Carolina Smoker, great choice in coming here for tips on your new hobby!  I joined SMF almost 3 years ago now and am thankful everyday that I did.  If there is ANY advice you need on smoking a certain type of meat here, everyone is more than happy to chime in and help you out.  Smoking is an art, it takes lots of patience but will reward you in the end if you hang in there.   Good luck on your future endeavors, cant wait to read some posts of yours with QVIEW!!
