Cherry Smoked Burgers (Qview)

    Started with 2 lbs of 80/20, added some onion powder, garlic powder,CBP, a shot of worsty and Kosher Salt.

    Smoked in the Char-Broil offset @ 250º with cherry in the AMZNP.

    I've smoked burgers many times, but the cherry in the AMZNP was the best yet!

    Going on the smoker

    Added some sauce, MKM

    Interesting. I've never tried smoking burger patties. I have a Char Broil offset also. How long did it take?

     It was around 1 hr or so, give or take.

    Give it a try, I guarantee it's the best way to eat burgers.[​IMG]

      @ 250º around 1-2 hrs depending on the size........etc.

    Apple wood is also a nice compliment to burgers. It just gives a hint.. but nothing you can easily put your finger on.

    Oh my God Rap, those look so good I'm going to the store & get some ground beef & have burgers for lunch today!
     
  14. After seeing those awesome looking burgers I had to run to the store and pick up some ground beef. I needed a reason to try out the cherry I have. Going to be a late dinner for my wife and kids when they all get done with work tonight. Thanks for the idea.
