    Hello my name is Chris I'm new to smoking meats other then ur standard ribs etc. I'm 32 to from the Detroit Mi area. Today I am starting my first smoke with Pop's brine and some Butts gonna try to make some pulled ham
    Fresh out of the brine I will post more tomorrow after they come off the smoker
