A couple of days ago, been trying to figure out how to post photos on the new deal. Gave up and uploaded them to vgy.me, not as easy as it used to be but seems to work.

Deli sliced London Broil. Nuked the small taters until soft with oil, basil, rosemary and garlic salt. Mashed the taters on the flat top with a stiff spatula. Three in a few pieces of precooked bacon at the end. All came together pretty good.

Looks tasty .
Were the potatoes to " starchy " ? I tried them once and they seemed to something , starchy or dense . Not crisp , fluffy . I was thinking maybe a different tator or maybe peel and soak for a bit . I'm with you , I'd like to know the secret .
Your food looks good .

Everything on that Flat-Top looks Awesome!!!:)

Nice Job!! I "Like".

I would recommend Provolone in those Cheesesteaks.
I don't use it often, because we don't stock it in our Fridge, and I always forget to get some when I make Cheesesteaks, but Provolone works best. IMO

Yeah chopsaw, maybe crispy was what I was missing. They were still good, but room for improvement.

Thanks Disco.

Next time it's provolone Bear. That was gouda and cheddar this time, and thanks.

I really enjoy cooking on that flat-top. Anyone who doesn't have one yet, I would advise keeping a share eye on Wal-mart around and after black Friday. The 28 has been perfect for home use and I even cooked for 25 blacksmith friends once on it.
