Mixed and resting overnight.


Gonna add the cheese and ECA  and stuff in the AM.

Looooooong day. Time fer some shut eye..

Going to bag them and let sit overnight. I'll cut them up tomorrow and take a few more pics before they go in the freezer.

Total time was 4 hours and pulled them at an IT of 158. The mods I did on this smoker really made a big difference.
