Its gonna be 80 degrees here today......... and I never even made bacon yet.
I like that roasted red ...... sounds great.
It got warm up here in Michigan yesterday I may have to double smoke this batch once it cools back down a bit. I also put 20 lbs of bacon in the cure to cold smoke in a week or so, hoping for some continued cool weather.
