Cheese for the first time!

  1. Have some cheese going right now. First time with my new Bradley 6 rack. Taking advantage of the bitter cold temps here in PA. Smoker temp has not reached 50 degrees. I have some cheese sticks, super sharp, sharp, pepper jack, meunster, horseradish and Swiss. Hope it turns out. Smoking it for 2hr 30 mins with Apple.
