Been following the site for a while & needed to sign up to join in the conversations. I have been smoking for about a year and I am totally addicted. Started by making my own smokenator for my Weber 22. Worked great for a while then I needed more. Built a UDS next. Love the flavor from it. Thinking a 60 gallon reverse flow next. Got a dead air compressor begging for it.

Thank you for the welcomes. Doesn't look like the smoker is coming out today - gusts to 65mph. I'd have to anchor the ol UDS to the driveway.

Fort Pierre. Grew up in SF though. Luckily snow miss us today. Did its usual split when it got to the river.

Good morning and welcome to the forum, from a nice sunny and cool day here in East Texas, and the best site on the web. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.
