Hey all! Been a long time visitor to the site and finally decided to participate.

I'm in the Lowcountry of South Carolina. Been grillin' and smokin' for more years than I care to count. But there is always room for improvement in my skills and this is the place I go to look for tips, tricks, recipes and advice. Thanks for being here for me.

There is nothing I like better than cooking outdoors. I use almost any method available to me, including campfires. My current setup includes a CharGriller offset that I have had for nearly 15 years and my trusty Weber Master Touch kettle. But I also have a permanent fire pit for tripod cooking and 2-burner camp stove for "wet" and cast iron cooking.

I recently provided my fabricator with plans and he is building my new 48" RF offset smoker and I'll share more about that once it is completed. Hopefully SOON!

Anyway, thanks for having me. I am looking forward to participating.
