Hi, I live in sw mn and just bought a pit boss 820 pellet grill at menards. Had them on clearance and 11% rebate bringing cost to $355. New to doing any kind of smoking, but have been reading your forum and enjoying all the information and ideas. Looking forward to getting the grill later this week and seeing what kind of results a person can achieve with this machine.
