How y'all are? Thought I'd drop a quick line. Currently live in the Dallas area.

I've been using a bullet style water smoker for years with varying success.

Me and the mrs. got a house last summer so I've started saving to build a

permeate outdoor bbq pit. Hope y'all have a good week!

Hello and welcome from East Texas. This is a great site, lots of information and great people that are willing to throw in their two cents worth on about anything.
