Hello from Arizona.  Been grilling since I was small, started making beef jerky somewhere in there, moved on to brewing beer and about 3 years ago I started smoking meat.  I recently upgraded (IMO) from a bullet-propane-water smoker to a Smokin-It #2 electrical smoker.  Electric is not for everyone but it suits me just fine.  I'm hoping to expand my expand my abilities and find that golden rub!  I've been tinkering around this site for a couple months and regret not joining earlier.
