Hey all, First post really I have been following the site for awhile " lurking in the shadows" figure now would be a good time to say hello! Live in Canada ( yes we smoked all winter long even when it was -18 outside) running a gasser, kettles, wsm, and a custom build dubbed Bertha which is a 500 gallon propane tank turned into a beaut of a smoker. I look forward to hanging around the site for many years and will document the next smoker build for the site.
