Thank you for letting me in. My name is Ken, I live in western mass. and have been smoking meat for a number of years, but am looking to step up my game. I along with my smoking buddy are currently converting a blodgett combi oven into a smoker. We do all the usual meats, briskett, butts and ribs, but our passion is kielbasa.
