Hi im a 20 year old from oregon. Been smoking jerky about 3 years on a little chief. I built a drum smoker out of 2 drums. One standing up and one laying horizontal welded to the top. I plan on running on propane for heat and chips for smoke flavor

I live in Arizona but spend a lot of tome in central Oregon in the summer..love smoking some Kokanee!

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
