Hey yall

Been checking yall out for a bit. Figured id join in the fun. I mainly smoke wild critters over wood coals and a variety of flavorful hardwood chips depending on said critter. I have an old weber smokin grill that keeps the good stuff in over my coal pit. Spent my life in colorado and found myself one day in sunny florida, critters change, smoke stays the same. Anyhow cheers!
