Catering

Howdy, I was just curious if any of you guys do catering. We're planning our wedding for sometime next summer and would really like to have some texas style bbq. I'd do it but I'm foreseeing it wouldn't be a great idea to be awake 20+ hours on my wedding. The reception would be in the thumb of michigan Lexington area. Around 125 guests. Just wondering if anyone does it and an average cost we will more than likely provide meats you'd just have to cook.

Maybe send a PM to "Qwikrnu BBQ" He lives up in Bad Axe and has a huge rig, but I am not 100% sure if he caters. It's a start.

I am just getting back into the forum.  I run a catering business on the side and have a huge rig.  We do Weddings, open houses, receptions etc...    I am assuming that I am late to your post lol but if you know anyone that needs some catering done, I am your man.  I live in Laingsburg, MI and will travel depending on how far you are.
