Cast Dutch Chicken Fingers

Doing some double dipped Mies breading chicken fingers in my cast dutch.

Chicken fingers soaking in milk for a few hours.

The Mies breading. I took the chicken from the milk, coated in the Mies, re dipped in milk then in Mies again.

Canola getting to temp in my cast dutch.

A test fry and we-r-ready

Now gotta tell neighbors that dinner is ready
