Decided to build a cart to get my MES up higher for better viewing and less bending and stooping to make using it easier and more enjoyable. Had an old dolly made out if steel angle given to me and built a 2x4 and plywood box to bolt to it. Also had some roadsigns given to me by a department of transportation employee, turned them over and used the as to surround to look like stainless and be easy to wipe off any drippings. Made a handle out of mending metal and a dowel rod, trimmed it in aluminum molding that was also given to me. Painted the rusty frame with aluminum paint to match the signs. The only thing I have left is figuring out how to secure the smoker to the cart, any ideas? It doesn't appear there is a convenient place to drill through the bottom and the plastic frame is not strong enough to screw through, I don't think. Didn't think to take pictures from beginning to the end, but took a few later on.

That is a great idea. I should try to build something like that. Storage for all the accessories, raise the smoker to a better height, and easy portability!
