Scooby, nothing but the chicken and the smoke. Normally I would have at least salted and peppered the bird but she asked me not to. All she wanted was a light hickory flavor to complement the rest of the items in the tortilla, and boy she knew what she was asking for. It was perfect!

The bird was a straight-out-of-the bag Tyson whole bird. I did not brine or marinade.

This is probably the best way for picky eaters or young kids who don't want a huge amount of smoke or spicy flavor. My wife said this was perfect for sandwiches too, and she could always add salt later.
 
Oustanding, definately got my stomach growling. Awesome smoke!
