so i cought a shoulder sale at wal mart and couldnt resist trying something new . went with a verrrry standard memphis style rub, smoked for about 8 hrs or so with apple/hickory put it in a hotel half pan with about a quart of apple juice a cinn stick and a whole 3 lb bag of sliced granny smiths coverd with foil and back in the pit for about 3 or 4 hours. when it was tender enough for us i pulled pork out to rest and took the yummies in the pan added a pint of kentuckys finest and a lb of brown sugar cooked till thick and added two sticks of butter to finish it. sliced this time and just poured the sauce over everything. wow, try that next time you want somethin different. no left overs from this one,the kids were even sopping up the apples with bread when all the pork was gone.

Adding a photo to a post is pretty simple. Get it on your computer, assuming you have a digital camera of some sort.  While you're typing a post, look just above where you're typing the text and you should see some buttons.  From left to right they are font size, font color, bold, italics, underline, link, unlink, add picture, add video, add smilie, add quote and expand window.

Just click on the add picture button and a new window will pop up.  Then click on the Upload Files button, select your files, then select a picture size.  Note that the picture size you select here does NOT affect the final size of the picture.  It just affects how big the pictures are when they're in your post, and when you click on them they get bigger.

Hope this helps!
