My fiance bought be a Louisiana Smoker this weekend.  We live in Montana.  I am ready to make the neighbors jealous with the smells of smoked meats!  I think my first project is going to be a nice big pork butt!  Cheers!

Welcome.....a butt would be a good first choice. So, a quick peek at their website shows that to be a pellet smoker and sweet looking at that. Not cheap either, so you must be doing something right around the house. Do your homework using the handy dandy search bar for helpful info from others. I always allow about 2 hours per pound at 250 for most everything which gives you some leeway. Enjoy that first smoke, relax and have fun.....Willie
