Put 13 lb turkey on at 8:00am at 250F....Got to 140 in 3 hours... It has been 7 hours now and I am stuck at 155F...Using a MES40 with Apple Wood....and first time with new Amz-N.Smoker...Should I bump it up to 275F..

Thanks for the Help!!

Wow I have never had a turkey stall on me yet. Knock on  wood. Id bump the temp or put it in the oven. I may end up with my turkeys in the oven today as I'm fighting wind and cold, If I don't get to 140 in the next couple hours out they come and into the oven. Hope that helps you out.

Move it to a different rack. I had this happen during thanksgiving and after I moved it it jumped right up in temp. Not sure why, but it worked.

Happened to me, too. My turkey shot to 150, then stalled forever, before finally getting to 160.

I cooked mine at 275 in my MES, and it was about 12 pounds.

Bumping to 275 won't hurt a thing, and will help crisp ud the skin. Be patient, you are almost there!
