Hello all,

I am David from Orangeville Ontario up here in Canada. I have recently made my first purchase of a Masterbuillt 2 door smoker. I did a lot of research and finally found one on sale close to home. I have tried chicken many time (it was on sale and didn't want to mess up expensive cuts) and want to venture into more and more.

I am always up for advice, tips, and tricks to make the best food I can for the new friends I have made since buying a smoker.
