Canadian Smoker

    Hey guys, 

    I am new to the meat smoking scene. The smoker i have is the 30" masterbuilt.

    I'm from the freezing cold province of Saskatchewan, i've only used the smoker a few times and the meat has been pretty good but looking for some tips to make it great.

    Well hey Skizz!  Welcome to SMF!  You've already immersed yourself in smoke and now you've found the place for tips and ideas.  With temps the way they are in your neck of the planet hopefully you can find some distraction here among all the friendly folks.
