canadian bacon

    hello everyone

    yesterday i did 4 pounds of Canadian Bacon i cured it using the tenderquick method it was curing for 7 days i would have pulled out at 5 days but i got bus i smoked it using cherry at 250 in the GOSM it really turned out great here is a pic



    here is a pic of future bacon and the reason it cured for 7 days i was busy with these three Hogs
