Here it is passing the fry pan salt test, good.





After 4 days with Tender Quick rinsed and waiting for some smoke.



I re read my last smoke on canadian bacon and remembered to make a plum sauce with some syrup and terriyaki so here it is. I would say equal parts terriyaki and syrup with a couple tbs of plum jelly simmered for a few.



In the smoker with mesquite and hickory and some apple. Meat was 44'.

Butt going below soon for pulling.

That sure looks good, Ron. I still haven't worked up to Canadian Bacon yet, but it you keep posting these pics, it won't be long

No more clikin' on the pics guys. My bud Erain convinced me to try photo bucket again as I had trouble with it in the past. Now I have a bigger screen and it is good. Hope you enjoy the NEW QVIEW. Thanks buddy.

Looking good ron I gota do porkloin bacon again and the smoke ya got on yours....MMM do i , yes i think plumb terriyaki and the instr....queview = POINTS yes thats right anouther good job Ron.
