My son was telling me about some smoked cheese he had and how great it was..So I thought I would give it a try myself...So I am open to suggestions.. 1-What type of cheese do you use? 2- How long do you leave it in the smoker? 3- Does it make a difference what type of wood you use? 4- And at what temp. do you smoke it? My smoker is gas.I do not know how low the temp will go. Maybe I will have to leave to door open a little bit...Thanks and have a nice holiday..
