Camping smoke...

We decided to smoke a variety of foods for an upcoming camping trip.  Hopefully freezing with a vacuum sealer will alow  everything to warm up nicely during the trip.

This is only my second smoke so I hope I don't screw it up

It took several days for my post to be approved and I accidentally erased the finished pic off the camera : (     So far everything has been good.

That is truly a great looking smoke - too bad you lost the finished pics. Would love to see the finished product
