Hi everyone,

Thanks for adding me to your forum

Does anyone know where to get parts for a Cajun Injector Gas Smoker? I bought it in 2014. I need to purchase a gas valve and new burner. Perhaps pictures
will help with model #.

try to find a tag and search it on the internet or go back to where you purchased it and ask them for manufacturer contact info. They very well could have those parts on hand?

You could always get the part no. you need and do another internet search and compare prices?

  Good Luck!

Thanks Big Bore

By the way I spent a lot of time in Makoti, NoDak on my grandparents wheat farm. Still have oil rights and property back there. My great grandparents came from Germany in 1888 to Rock Lake and the New Town area.
I have a few calls in fir the model number on the smoker. It's discontinued however.

Hello Rick I know the Makoti area, just be glad you're not around with all that oil activity, Craziness over that way with all the truck traffic!

If you can get some part no. or even casting no. of the parts, you will be amazed at how easily you can track that stuff down on the internet. Lots of times, a lot of different manufactures all buy parts from the same place and put their  name on stuff. I really don't think you will have any problem finding parts, it's not that old of a unit.

Now if it was a 1926 vintage,

little more work to track those parts, but it can be done! ebay is a good place to look, lots of used and discontinued parts listed there. Good Luck!
