New Orleans, Louisiana
Hello everyone. My name is Larry and live on the outskirts of New Orleans, Louisiana. I'm retired and have always loved to BBQ and cook. As you know, Louisiana does have some great food. I wanted to try more "low and slow" cooking so I recently purchased a Weber Smokey Mountain 22.5" and will now venture into smoking also. I know your forums have great recipes and I am anxious to try my hand at some of them.
