Cajun and Mesquite brined chix wings

    Brined these wings half with Cajun spice half with Mesquite seasoning. Will cook on the WSM with a mix of pecan/cherry woods around 225*. Pic is the wings drying in fridge overnite to promote better skin.

  7. nice wings b-one, i bet they were gone fast.never smoked with pecan wood, but one day i will be home again in geogia and there are a lot of pecan trees there, some f mym friends there have trees in their yard.[​IMG]
