I just found this forum a couple of days ago. I live in Wichita, Ks., and have a New Braunfel's stick burner, and a Coleman Gasser.
I have a lovely wife from Virginia, and a couple of children, but only one left at home!
I am interested in competition BBQ, but haven't entered a comp. yet...maybe next Spring.
I look forward to learning from you, sharing ideas with you, and just having a good time all around.
