i recently built a cabinet smoker. my question is how long do you have to cook off the paint on the inside before its safe to use? i planned  on cooking off all paint and then either painting the inside with high temp grill paint of using grease to create a layer to protect form rust. Secondly i noticed the cabinet has plastic wheels for the cabinets that are riveted into the drawer. is it safe to leave them in? If not whats the best way to remove them. Thanks!!
