Happy to find you folks after going online to try and convince a chicken boiler/griller that the pink color of that smoked chicken I gave her is normal and not an indication that it's raw. She replied that chicken should be grayish white when done! WWJD?

Yep, Mrs. Blacksnake , he speaks the truth , have him take the temp. next time, should be at/above 165*F .

Get him a Maverick-733 and he'll be on spot .
